If you don’t live nearby or prefer not to meet locally, this mail-in option lets you easily send your device to us for repair. After purchasing, you’ll automatically receive a USPS shipping label to send your phone to us. This label also covers the cost for us to ship your repaired phone back to you.

Once we receive your phone, repairs are usually completed and shipped back within 1–2 business days.

Instructions:

1. Purchase this mail-in repair shipping service.

2. Write your phone’s passcode on a note and include it inside the package — this helps us test your device before and after repair. (If you prefer not to share your passcode, we can proceed but won’t be able to fully test.)

3. Package your phone securely to prevent shipping damage.

4. Use the prepaid label we send after purchase to mail your device.

5. Once received, we’ll begin your repair right away — most are completed the same day.

6. After repair, your device will be securely packaged and shipped back to you.

Important:
Before mailing, please ensure your phone is not bent or severely damaged. If you’re unsure, send us a photo first — we cannot work on bent devices.

DISCLAIMERS:

The 12-month warranty is only for the standard batteries. OEM batteries we offer 20 days to return, for which you have to bring your iPhone to our location to remove the battery & replace your old one back in, and we will refund you.

For OEM Batteries, bookings must be made at least 2 weeks in advance, as there is a limited supply (you will be informed if the battery will not be available at the time of appointment). Standard battery bookings must be made 3 days in advance.

All batteries, even OEM ones, will pop up as non-genuine on the Apple ecosystem due to them all being serialized to the specific iPhone by Apple. Due to this, you will not be able to access your battery health, but we can assure you that the OEM as well as the standard batteries have 95%-100% battery life. None of this will affect daily use, and you will notice the increased battery life. The pop-up will go away after a week or so. If this is a problem, only Apple repairs will not have this.
